Basically, I'm looking for a shooter game to keep me satisfied until Black Ops is released. And I have a few questions:



1. Are there still enough people playing Battlefield Bad Company 1 online for me to go out and buy it?



2. Is it like bfbc2 where you need to pay to get some updates (VIP code or something)?



3. Are there unlockable weapons as you level up/ rank up?



4. What's the highest rank you can reach?



5. Is there anything you think I should know about this game?

2. If you buy new you get a code for some DLC, if you buy pre-owned you need to pay a small amount if you want the DLC.
