ATI HD 5450 scores 2.2 on Windows index and 3650 scored 5.1?

Hi, can anyone explain this to me?



I just bought a ATI Radeon HD 5450 RAGE, was only 30拢 but it is suppose to be at least twice as good as my old one (HD3650) and even able to run battlefield 3 and Skyrim.



So why is it that when I run it through the Windows Experience Index it's scoring lower than the 3650 was (5.1 compared to the now 2.2)?



Even though there's videos on YouTube of people running these games on the 5450. When I test it at cyri (can you run it), I fail to meet the minimum requirements. Even world of Warcraft Isn't meeting the recommended reqs?



I'm updating the catalyst control centre to the latest edition right now but I cant see that having any effect..



So does anyone know why the computer/card isn't doing what it should be? What am I missing?ATI HD 5450 scores 2.2 on Windows index and 3650 scored 5.1?
Whist the 3650 is older than the 5450, it is more powerful with a better specification.



The first digit indicates the series, the rest shows the position in that series. So..the 650 is better than the 450.ATI HD 5450 scores 2.2 on Windows index and 3650 scored 5.1?
