Can someone PLEASE help me install 2142 Battlefield? I am going crazy!?

The first disc installs but then it asks for disc 2. I put it in and choose "yes" but it doesn't do anything after that. I went to the EA games support and I have tried everything. Here is my

Does another window pop up that contains the file "datacab.2" or something like that? If so, try clicking directly on the file itself to get it going. Wait for a while too. I've noticed that some of these games just seem to install slowly not sure why though. If that second window doesn't pop up click on "Start" then "Run" then click on "browse" to search the second disk you have in your drive. Then click on the datacab file. Hope that helps.
