If your tv is 720p..yes. If 1080p, wow could run on high, but for BF3 I think u should get something better. I run BF3 on high w/ 8x aa on a q6600 @3.2ghz and a gtx 460 1gb (not se) at 1680 x 1050. U really don't need 6 cores for gaming. 4 is good. I would try getting something a lil better than a 5770 tho unless ur cash strapped. BTW, see if u can build ur own, usually cheaper. Use microcenter, newegg, and Fry's. Try these

Hi,

This computer is pretty good, CPU is very good and though not as fast as some Sandy Bridge processors it's all that is needed for any tasks. 4GB RAM is just enough for everything. ATI 6770 video card may become a bottleneck but not for WOW, it will run on 1920x1080 and high settings without problems. BF3 will run too, but you may fiddle with settings a bit, if you want a better option - GTX 460 or 560, ATI 6850 and up.

You can check computers below just for the prices, also they come overclocked which is a great bonus:
no, hd 5770 is not good enough for bf3WIll this computer run WoW and Battlefield 3 smoothly on High graphics settings?
