after i upgrade the above pc to the bottom 1... will i be able to run games like battlefield 2,fear etc on high?

Not with your onboard gfx card no. Get a new video card and you'll be fine. I would personally get a better gfx card though. 6800 ultra is getting out of date.

With that computer you will be able to run those games probably on medium. Fear especially may have trouble on high.

Upgrading the video card will help. It would be an even bigger boost if your upgrade the CPU also.
