No you do not. if you want to download 1.5 just search battlefield 2 1.5 full update. last time i checked it was a beta. so if you cant find it in 1.5 just type 1.4 full then download it then download 1.5 beta. At the moment you have to install 1.41 and then 1.50 as there isn't a 1.50 full update yet.
