it's not an issue with my hardware and i have windows 7 64bit. so pretty much what happens is that when I launch the game it comes up with a black screen and then crashes to the desktop, it worked before the 1.5 patch and now it does notBattlefield 2 crashes after 1.5 update?
You should have installed patch 1.41 before 1.50, 1.50 is not a full patch!
Otherwise you can try deleting the Battlefield 2 folder in Documents to reset the game settings, make sure you know your username or email and password as you will need to go to manage accounts, retrieve account.
