I have at the moment version 1.0.2 etc I am half way downloading patch 1.5. Will I still be able to play with the same people? Any help is appreciated, thanks.Can I play with other players on Battlefield 2 with a different patch?
You can only play people with the same patch and you need to install 1.41 (1.1.2965-797.0) before 1.50. All ranked servers are 1.50, so it's pointless using any other patch to play online.
