Why is my computer not recognizing my disc?

I bought Battlefield 3, and my computer is not recognizing the 2nd disk, it took about 30 minutes to an hour to recognize the first disc, and when i put the 2nd disc in, it hasn't come up in 1.5 hours! The PC just does not pickup the disc, it says it's empty.Why is my computer not recognizing my disc?
Take the disk out and clean it, but make sure you DO NOT clean it I a circular motion because that will only damage the disk. Get a damp cloth (lint free) and clean from the inside out (go with the flow of the rainbow streaks). Make sure to use a dry cloth to make it dry. Turn off your computer and wait a few minutes and turn it back on again. Try using the disk. If it does not work then maybe the disk was not manufactured properly but it could be anything. But make sure to not rely entirely because chances are that I am wrongWhy is my computer not recognizing my disc?
You could have scratched the disk or the disk drive may be damaged and can not correctly read disks , if it does not work on other disks consider replacing the disk drive with a knew one , they are quite cheap

Yes, that seems all around like a great gaming pc. The only upgrade i would make right off the bat is upgrading the ram to either 8 - 12 gb. Without a technical explanation:



First one: No way, well maybe on the lowest settings... Why? It uses a graphics accelerator, it's not even a true dedicated graphics card. Accelerators are built into the motherboard to save on cost and space.



Second one: Again, you may have a little more luck with this one, but it still has the problem of a graphics accelerator, not a graphics card!



You HAVE to spend another 150 euros to get a decent computer for those kinds of games. If you want to play them on even medium or high settings, then you are talking about 600-800 euros or so.



Conclusion: Both computers have a massive bottleneck of a graphics accelerator, the second one probably will have a better chance at playing L4D but I wouldn't count on it. Sorry.Does anyone need a "Battlefield 3" Beta Code?

I'm a little bored of the games I'm currently playing, and would like to try something new. I've been playing Battlefield Heroes for almost 1.5 years, and I've gotten bored of it. I have a pretty wide experience with FPS games, and I've played BF2, BF:BC2, MW2, Wolfenstein and CS:S tough, I don't own any of these games myself.

My question is: What would be a good game to spend my money on?

I've been thinking about both Team Fortress 2 and Counter Strike Source

Also, I don't want to play any Battlefield game, nor Call of Duty, as I feel that these games get too tournament based.
